The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product description
Yellow, green, blue and lilac coloured yo-yo balls with 2 white eyes and a black line for a mouth. When pressed, a flash-light is produced from inside. The balls are packed in a blue cardboard box in 12 pieces, but can also be sold separately.
