This toy poses risks of burns and cuts because :- heating exceeds by more than 30 degrees the maximum limit of 45 K for accessible metal parts if insulation between parts of different polarity is short-circuited;- the remote control console casing does not have sufficient mechanical strength;- the end of the antenna is not protected and the point is accessible, presenting a risk of puncture;- it fails to indicate the nominal voltage of the batteries either on or inside the battery compartment of the car;- the instruction "only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used" is not given in Spanish. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standards for toys.
