SI TECH · Dry suit inflation hoses - Flow restriction orifice
The product poses a risk of drowning because the flow restricting insert may dislodge from the hose and move to the second stage where it could cause an obstruction to the air flow. This could interfere with connected devices including the regulator. Airflow might therefore be reduced which could affect breathing when diving. One incident reported.
