The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the cover of the regulation device does not pass the impact test and it is not sufficiently fixed to the chain and mains plug, - the section of wires and the length of the bulb conductors are not compliant. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60598 and EN 55015.
