This product poses a serious risk of electric shock because:- insufficient cross section of internal and external wiring; - the supply conductor with basic insulation only can touch the accessible metal part; - the bulb socket is not secured against turning when bulb is replaced; - the parts intended to be hand-manipulated get overheated (external metal nut on the shield's surface); - instructions are missing, there is no instruction how to replace the supply cord. This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 60598.
