The product poses a risk of electric shock because the hose can become detached from the handle, exposing three electrical contacts. If the user touches these contacts while the machine is plugged in they could receive an electric shock. Ten incidents reported. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
