The product poses a risk of strangulation because it includes a cord which is longer than 220 mm and could form a noose at the end. The product also poses a risk of choking because the laminated paper adhesives on the toy and one of the pivots attached to the xylophones metal plates can be easily detached and swallowed. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product description
Yellow toy xylophone. On its upper side are eight plates of various colours. The stick for tapping on the strips is white and attached to the toy by means of a blue cord. The toy is sold in a cardboard box labelled as follows: "MUSIC MAKER. New Century New Design Musical".
