DEEF · Plush toy – Woofing Puppy 'BACU'

This toy poses a serious risk of injuries and choking because:- the zip can be easily opened by a child playing with it; the child can easily reach the batteries;- there is no user’s manual for the electrical toy and no information about the voltage of the battery;- the marking that the toy is not intended for children under 36 month is improper, because this type of soft, stuffed toys with simple construction, which are used for carrying and cuddling, are treated as toys for children under 3 years old. This toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 50088.
