EU Safety Gate · Report-2008-24
FASHION TOYS · Pushchair with doll
The product poses a risk of injuries because the pushchair has only one secure locking device and during the test the pushchair collapsed entirely, damaging the construction. The fingers of a child could therefore be entrapped in the side parts of the construction. In addition, parts of the metal construction are not protected and covers are not fixed properly and can be easily removed. The product also poses a risk of burns caused by accessible batteries which exceed the maximum temperature permitted. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71 and EN 62115.
