The product poses a risk of :- suffocation because in the intermediate position the clip presents two ventilation holes with a total surface area of less than 40 mm2. Given that the ventilation holes are smaller in area than required in the standard there is a risk of asphyxia,- injuries because the clip for attachment to clothes has accessible openings wider than 5.5 mm, less than 12 mm wide and deeper than 10 mm. Given the dimensions of the accessible openings of the clip, there is a risk of fingers becoming trapped. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 12586.
