Product description
Rubber puffer balls in phosphorescent colours which light up upon impact. Each ball has a face with eyes, a nose and a mouth, attached to an elastic strand with a loop at the end from which it can be hung. The product is sold in a cardboard box marked "Puffer Balls" and "Made in China". The packages contain an assortment of colours.
