Garden swing „PROMO“

The product poses a risk of injury (bruises, broken arm and leg) for users, including vulnerable persons, because:- given the insufficient assembly instructions and missing screws, there is a possibility that the swing could be assembled incorrectly;- there are sharp edges and corners as well as squeeze points between springs and brackets;- the strength of the front tube (situated under the thigh) is insufficient and could lead to its deformation while using the product;- the carrying capacity declared by the producer is 180 kg, however a deformation of the product occurred during the test at test force of 160 kg.
