EU Safety Gate · Report-2010-16
Honda · Passenger car - Honda CR-V
The product poses a risk of fire because a fuel hose in the engine compartment may not be fully locked onto the fuel injector. If the connector is not locked correctly, the connector may detach from the injector resulting in a fuel leak. A fuel leak in the engine bay could result in loss of power, causing the malfunction indicator to light up, a smell of diesel fuel, smoke or, potentially, fire.
