“Time” RXS/RXE bicycle pedals

The product poses a risk of injury because the screw fastening of the pedal shaft on the right pedal may slacken in use, allowing the pedal to become detached. This may cause the rider to lose control of the bicycle and fall. Two accidents have been reported.
