The product poses a risk of:- choking because of small parts (ring and one of the wheels) can easily be detached and fit into the small parts cylinder,- suffocation because of inappropriate diameter of the cord (0.8 mm instead of at least 1.5 mm) and length of the cord attached to the handle (230 mm whereas it should be 10 mm less),- injuries due to the presence of uncovered (unprotected) pivot made of wire - diameter 1.5 mm. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product description

The toy is a plane made of multicoloured plastic. The packaging of the toy is a plastic, transparent bag, closed with a folded cardboard label. The label contains the following inscriptions: “TOYS”, a CE mark, “Unsuitable for children under 3 years old”, name and address of the importer “Made in China”, EAN number, pictogram concerning age 0-3 restriction. There is also a warning about the risk of swallowing small parts and about the necessity to store the packaging.
