These products pose a risk of choking because after 72 hours in water the toy expands in different dimensions by 105 - 205%. According to the standard it should not expand by more than 50%. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product description
There are three types of eggs in different colours containing either a dinosaur, chicken or fish. Dimensions of toys: approximately 45 x 29 x 12.72 mm and eggs: 63 x 48 mm. With the toys are tags with CE mark, pictogram concerning age 0-3 restriction and caution: “Do not swallow”. On the collective packaging there is the above-mentioned information and inscriptions: “Product suitable for children over 3 years and unsuitable for children below 3 years”, “Use only under supervision of an adult”, “Store out of reach of children below 3 years”, “Risk of choking due to small parts”, “Installation and maintain according to drawings on the packaging – if necessary”, “The packaging is not a toy, save the children, do not let them play with it”, “Please keep the packaging for further reference”. There is also information about the importer, and the inscription “Made in China”. One of the eggs was already broken in the packaging and small pieces of eggshell were accessible.
