The product poses a serious risk of choking because the detached elements (grape berries) may be placed in mouth by children, causing choking and suffocation. During the tension test, when applying force less than 50 N elements (grape berries) become detached and fully fit in small parts cylinder (approx. diameter 2cm). The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on “Products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers” and the European standard on toys EN 71-1.
