The product poses a risk of injuries because the hook can be easily detached from the line and it contains a magnet with a flux index greater than 50 kG²mm². The fish can be easily open into two parts, allowing access to the metal mouth pivot, which, if swallowed with the hook, could cause an intestinal perforation. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
