This toy poses a serious risk of :- injuries and damage to sight caused by debris from the percussion cap;- damage to hearing due to excessive sound pressure. One accident reported: a 9 year old boy opened the pen, the resultant explosion caused blast injuries and abrasions to eyes. Possible long term damage. The toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
