The product poses a risk of damage to hearing because the sound level is 90.8 dB, exceeding the limit of 80 dB. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71. The product also poses a chemical risk because the plastic material of the mobile phone contains 1.58% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 37.2% by weight of di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP). According to REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited when the toy can be placed in the mouth by children.

Children's plastic hinged mobile phone - white and violet, with a transparent antenna and a pink string to hang it around the neck of a child. The cover of the mobile is equipped with a label marked "Beautiful Girl "and a picture of a doll in a swimming dress and hat. Two small batteries are part of the packaging. Packed in a blister pack with pink background and pictures of two princesses.
