This product poses a serious risk of <u>external injuries</u> because:- child’s legs can jam between pedals at the pushing moment;- metallic tubes are accessible because plastic coverage can be taken of using force of less than 60 N;- it is sold without any instructions for use and without any information about possible hazards. This product also poses a serious risk of <u>choking</u> because stickers (plastic sheets) attached to the tricycle may detach and they fit completely within the small parts cylinder. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
