The product has several serious shortcomings with regard to electrical safety, comprising essential aspects of classification, marking, construction, and protection against electric shock and creepage, and can therefore be considered to be very dangerous. In particular:- the lamp does not offer sufficient protection against electric shocks; -various parts of the lamp have no double insulation;- perforation occurs in the dielectric strength test; - creepage and air gaps are smaller than required; - the lamp does not comply with the requirements for mounting slits;- the inside cable of the lamp does not comply with the requirements;- the anchoring system incorporated into the lamp is non-compliant;- the lamp provides no classification for the protection against electric shocks, for the degree of protection or for the material of the supporting surface; - there is no necessary marking on the lamps. The product does not comply with the LVD Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
