The product poses a risk of:- electric shock, because the mains cable is not properly fixed to the terminals (only soldering is used). Thus, when heating elements break they can come into contact with metal parts, which became active during the test; - fire, when the product overheats. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.

The product has a silver-coloured metal cover and black plastic handle. The mains cable (marking: RVVB PVC INSULATED ELECTRIC WIRE 300/300V) is supplied with a non-rewireable plug. Marking on the switch: Shundan AC250V 6A. There is no marking on the motor and heating element. Adequate thermal protection is missing. Technical specification: AC220V; 50/60 Hz; 2000 W; Class II.
