The notified product poses a serious risk of injuries due to a possible failure of a fork. Cannondale has received 15 reports of the bicycle forks separating, including five reports of injuries including a broken collarbone, broken ribs and bruises. All accidents were reported in the US. So far, no accidents reported in Europe.
