The product poses a risk of choking and injuries because the imitation cherries have the form, colour, appearance and size of real cherries. The cherries can be easily detached and fully fit into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
