This product poses a risk of suffocation because:- its length when measured under a tensile force of 25 N exceeds the maximum limit laid down by the standard,- the clothing fastener has no ventilation holes, - the clothing fastener passes through gauges A and B,- the strap of the pacifier fastener broke during the impact resistance test. This product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 12586. One incident has been reported.

Product description

Multicoloured pacifier chain made of wood. The fastener has a metal clip with a mouse’s head stuck on it. The chain is made up of small, brightly-coloured balls of wood. The packaging is a sheet of blue cardboard on which “pacifier chain” is written in a number of languages. The warnings and instructions for use are given on the back.
