The tensides in the product pose a risk of serious damage to health because users may confuse the product with a foodstuff, taking it into the mouth and swallowing it. The possible damage to health includes aspiration pneumonia (following inhalation of vomit), which can be fatal. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
