The product poses is risk of:i) choking because of small parts which can detach and fit entirely into the small parts cylinder,ii) suffocation because the string is longer than required,iii) injuries because of:- sharp parts on the balls,- lack of warning about the necessity of taking away the toy when the child is able to rise on knees or hands or sit to avoid the harm caused by tangling. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

The toy is a set of rattles for the pram hanging on the string. There are three horses and four balls made of multicoloured plastic. The packaging is a cardboard box, mostly red, with a plastic transparent “window”. The toy is labelled with a pictogram concerning the age restriction (0-3) and “+36”, “CE mark”, name and address of importer, “Made in China”.
