The product poses a risk of cuts and injuries because:- the plastic blade cover can shatter in use, causing injuries due to flying pieces of plastic from blade cover shattering and cuts or lacerations due to the blade itself,- washers used to retain the guard were inadequate and leading to failure in use. Complaints and incidents reported. This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the Machinery Directive.
