The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:· the live pins may be touched during use;· the cross-sectional area of the core of the cable is not sufficient and, in case of a short circuit, the internal wires may overheat;· the accessible metal casing of the headlamp is separated by only basic insulation from the live conductors;· the basic insulated internal wiring contacts sharp edges of accessible metal parts and may get damaged. Consequently the accessible metal parts may become live. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
