The product poses a chemical risk because due to the absence of the wick guard, the wick and the metal cap holding the wick are placed only loosely. Therefore, the fuel containers can be easily removed from the lamp and thus the lamp oil may be swallowed by children. The product does not comply with the European standard EN 14059
