The product poses a risk of injuries because after a series of three impacts, each one the equivalent of 50 Joule, the average force registered under the anvil is much higher than the maximum permissible limit (a maximum of 24770N for 18000N). The back protection even cracked after the third impact, therefore making it impossible to carry out all five impact tests required by the standard. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1621.
