The product poses a risk of electric shock because :- construction of converter does not comply with the requirements on distance between primary and secondary windings for reinforced insulation,- the product failed to pass the voltage test between output connector and mains plugs for double insulation. Therefore, interference may occur among clearances, creepage distances and insulation resulting in appearance of line voltage on the output connector, which might lead to an electric shock in case of incidental contact. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
