This product poses a serious risk of fire because a component in the Wheel chassis may overheat and release smoke when the AC-DC power supply is used to energize the Wheel. Microsoft has received a small number of reports from consumers and retailers worldwide of failure.

The affected Xbox360 Wireless Racing Wheels (the "Wheels") are sold as aftermarket products as an accessory device for use with Microsoft's Xbox360TM games console. The Wheels were manufactured during 2006 and 2007. Wheels purchased before November 2006 are not affected.
