The product poses a risk of electric shock because the cord connecting the iron to the steam generator breaks at the point bearing the greatest strain, and there is therefore a risk of contact with live components. Three complaints reported. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 60335.
