The product poses a risk of choking because after 72 hours in water the toy expands by 105% - 176%. If a child swallows the toy, or part of it, contact with the saliva or gastric juices will cause the toy to expand which may cause asphyxia or gastrointestinal injuries. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product description
The toy is an egg with dimensions of approximately 58.7 x 45 mm, containing a cockerel made of hard yellow coloured plastic, painted partly red. The egg shell consists of two glued parts. With the toys are tags with the CE mark, warnings: “Do not swallow”, “Use only under supervision of an adult”, “Store out of reach of children below 3 years”, “Small parts - risk of choking”, “The packaging is not a toy”, “Please keep the packaging for further reference”, “Made in China”, and user’s instructions.
