The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because:- the torch can be opened without using a tool while it is connected to the mains supply, thus live parts are accessible;- the construction of the mains cable does not comply with the requirements and live parts could be touched during use;- the cross-sectional area of the conductors in the cable is too small. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
