EU Safety Gate · Report-2010-26
Hörby bruk · Swing
The product poses a risk of injuries because the impact force is too high if the seat should hit a child on the head, and may result in concussion and severe head injuries. In addition, it is possible for a child to climb up the swing and to put a hand or a finger between the crossbeam and the suspended steel tubes while the swing is moving. This could lead to pinching, crushing or in worst cases amputation of a finger. One incident reported. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
