This product poses a chemical risk the valve contains 7.70 % by weight of di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP), green plastic wrap with the print contains 14.6 % by weight of di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP) and yellow plastic wrap contains 16.6 % by weight of di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP). Phthalates are not allowed to be used as a substance or material in toys and products used for child care in concentration more than 0.1 %. This product does not comply with the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC and the relevant European standard EN-71.

The product is packed in plastic transparent bag on which there are: item, origin and information in 2 foreign languages including the using of plastic package. The product is in package together with cardboard paper on which there are 3 coloured product variations, name of the product, proportions, data on distributor, warnings and information. In the package there is also the leaflet "Kiddy Mattress" with warnings and information in 11 foreign languages. On this leaflet there is pictogram – suitable for children up to the age of three and CE mark. On the product itself there is the warning that this is a sport equipment not toy.
