This product poses a risk of:(i) injuries because:- the braking arrangements do not meet the requirements for independent and easily accessible controls for slowing down and stopping,- the guarding arrangements for the drive gears are not located at an adequate distance from the danger zone and fingers can easily reach the gear infeed points,- the incorrect wiring of the stop control means that there is no normal means of stopping the engine, - the risk of break up during operation, - the drag brake mounting clip failed test, - the inner end of the control cable sheath is not secured and the stop wires are very vulnerable to damage.(ii) fire because the fuel tank is the first point of contact in a fall and is going to be damaged leading to fuel leaks and fire risk.
