The product poses a risk of: - damage to hearing because it produces a sound with a weighted emission of acoustic pressure of 120 dB, which exceeds the maximum limit permitted (80 dB). - choking, because the design of the product could allow the battery compartment to be opened with one hand and thus the batteries are easily accessible. The batteries are also attached to the product. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standards EN 71 and EN 50088.

On the packaging and sticker there is information in Polish and in English concerning the product, name and address of the importer, “CE mark”, “Made in China”, number of product and EAN, a pictogram concerning the age 0-3 restriction and the warnings: “Choking hazard due to small parts”, “The packaging is not a toy”, “Keep the packaging for further use of information on it”.
