The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the basic insulated parts are accessible, - the insulation of the connections is insufficient and thus flashover may occur,- the cross section area of the core is less than required, - the cable inlets have sharp edges, thus the cable may get damaged, - the cord anchorage is missing. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

The lighting chain includes 180 series-parallel-connected non-replaceable lamps with resistor bridge. The flashing unit operates the four parallel circuits of the lamps. Main components:"2.5 A 250 V~" bipolar plug; "FLASHER CONTROL UNIT 230 V AC 50 HZ 0.83 A CE TÜV EMC NTH PRESS" 8-function flashing unit; mains cable without marking.
