The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because the insulation cord can melt and catch fire due to the following contraventions:- the supply cord does not include an earth protection conductor. - the size of the cross section of each conductor is 0.133 mm² (must be at least 0.75 mm²) ;- the electrical resistance is different from what is required in the standard. One accident reported. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD).
