The product poses a risk of injuries because:- the maximum speed of the machine is high for the little children so the consequences can be very serious if the control is lost. There is no speed limiter in the machine; - welded seam in the base of the foot peg fixing seems to be a potential risk of failure during driving; - the inadequate guarded drive chain causes potential risk of compression for the driver;- the unguarded exhaust pipe poses a significant threat of burn to the user even after driving session for example when closing the fuel valve. In addition the product is without relevant manuals, markings and declaration of conformity. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
