The product poses a risk of electric shock because : - the construction of the converter does not comply with the requirements on safe separation of a primary winding from a secondary one, - clearances, creepage distances and size of isolation do not comply with the requirements for double insulation, - the length of the conductors enables by-passing of double insulation in the case of connector release, and the possibility of the presence of mains voltage on the exit connector, - the product does not meet the requirements for reinforced insulation between the output connector and mains plug for double insulation, - the product does not comply with the electromagnetic emission requirements. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60950, EN 55022 and 55024.
