The product poses a risk of electric shock because : - the construction of the converter does not comply with the requirements on safe separation of a primary winding from a secondary one, - there is no reinforced insulation between the output connector and mains plug for double insulation, - there is no interference between clearances, creepage distances and insulation resulting in appearance of line voltage on the output connector, - the name-plate does not carry marking for type nor input power. This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 60950 and EN 55022.
