This product poses a chemical risk because:- the valve contains 27,2 % by weight of di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP), - the dark blue plastic foil contains 0,44 % by weight of di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 26,2 % by weight of di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP),- the yellow plastic foil with printing contains 0,15 % by weightof di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 8,82 % by weight of di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP). Phthalates are not allowed to be used as a substance or material in toys and products used for child care in concentration more than 0.1 %. This product does not comply with the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC and the relevant European standard EN-71.
