The toy poses a serious risk of choking because the lid of the battery holder of the mobile phone can be opened by one motion, without using a tool and the button cells become accessible. The removable lid fits entirely into the small parts cylinder Furthermore there are inadequate warnings on the product. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standards EN-71 and EN 50088.

The flip-up toy mobile phone is supplied with a cord and is operated by 3x1,5V LR4G button cells. There are no warnings concerning the safe use and replacement of button cells attached to the product. The hardly legible English warning ("WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD-Small parts Not for children under 3 years”) is not given in Hungarian.
