In the case of a fault in the product, there is a risk of electric shock from accessible metal parts because:· The LED-circuit is not insulated from supply voltage parts using reinforced insulation. · The enamel coated primary and secondary circuits in the transformer are directly in contact with each other. · Isolation from the LED-circuit to the accessible metal parts is inadequate. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
