The products pose a risk of electric shock because : - the construction of the converter does not comply with the requirements on distance between primary and secondary windings for reinforced insulation, - the condensers in the primary circuits do not comply , - possible risk of injury by electric power caused by accumulated condenser charge after disconnection of device from the mains, - the length of conductors enables by-passing of double insulation in case of connector release and a possibility of presence of mains voltage on the exit connectors, - it is not possible to set up the output parameters, - the requirements on reinforced insulation between the output connector and mains plug for double insulation are not met. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standards EN 55022 and EN 55024
